Created by Michelle Ayres and Carol Vivyan, both experienced Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapists, STOPP APP encapsulates the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Backed by substantial evidence, CBT has demonstrated effectiveness in addressing a broad spectrum of issues.

Employ STOPP APP to shift negative behavioral cycles and facilitate constructive alterations in your thoughts, emotions, and actions, fostering a more deliberate and rational lifestyle.

STOPP constitutes the initial skill within The Decider (comprising 32 skills) and The Decider Life Skills (comprising 12 skills).
